Customer Service Representative

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and processing transactions accurately.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments with accuracy while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and foster loyalty.

  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products and services naturally.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages enhances client engagement.
  • Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center environments is advantageous.
  • Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
