Sign It Drive It is a fast-paced automotive dealership in Denton, TX dedicated to providing an outstanding ownership experience for every customer. We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our Service Department team.

Position Overview

The Service Department Customer Service Representative plays a critical support role in our dealership's service operations. You will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with customers throughout the service process, managing warranty claim calls, and providing daily administrative assistance to our Service Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Contact customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicle during the service and repair process

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to warranty claims, coordinating with customers and internal staff to move claims forward efficiently

- Assist Service Advisors with daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, updating customer records, and managing paperwork

- Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the dealership management system (DMS) for every customer interaction

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

- Work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth workflow and positive customer experience from drop-off to pickup

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or automotive industry preferred

- Excellent phone communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems

- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

- Full-time, Monday through Friday (some Saturdays may be required)
