Our friendly intake, design, and production teams are dedicated to delivering personalized, professional, printed products. We do anything from business cards, t-shirts, brochures, and flyers to yard signs, banners, and vinyl graphics. We take pride in listening to our customers, understanding their printing and design needs, and delivering results that exceed expectations. Located in Panama City Beach, we serve businesses all over the panhandle.

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and communicating with our team to create a streamlined product delivery experience

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information

- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and promote new offers

- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions

- Perform data entry tasks for order intake and to update customer records

- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products or services

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Good computer systems

Note: This is a full-time position with regular business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
