Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via multi-line phone systems, ensuring each caller receives prompt, courteous assistance.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office organization and accuracy.
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to perform administrative duties such as calendar management, bookkeeping, and record keeping.
- Support office management tasks including organizing files, managing supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Assist with clerical responsibilities such as typing correspondence, updating databases, and ensuring proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong computer literacy.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace tools, and QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs.
- Previous experience as a front desk or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer support expertise.
