Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

• Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and documentation as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, with proficiency in English required.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when necessary.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Pay: $24.55 - $31.55 per hour
