Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry. Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to answer inquiries and provide clear information about insurance products and policies.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Review policies for accuracy and notify clients of coverage changes, renewals, and important updates.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts for renewals, missing information, and service-related follow-ups.
• Explain coverage details, policy documents, and next steps in a clear and professional manner.
• Coordinate with sales agents and insurance carriers to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records and document all interactions to ensure timely service.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in the insurance industry and customer support.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to start date.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay: $19-$22 per hour (depending on experience) + Commission.
