Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
• Conduct outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or sales opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and exhibit excellent phone etiquette at all times.
• Assist with cash handling when required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
• Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to commute to Main office on a weekly basis.
• Professional dress code required for video calls.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.51 - $19.53 per hour
