Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join team Archetype! In this vital role, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. We are seeking for someone with an energetic personality that will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming office environment with both customers and team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and possesses excellent communication skills! Duties

  • Exceptional verbal (phone, email, in person) skills with friendly professionalism, managing multi-line phone systems and front end operations.
  • Working closely with team members to provide outstanding customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clear communication.
  • Manage office tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and specialized .
  • Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings or events efficiently.
  • Assist with clerical responsibilities including filing, document proofreading, and managing correspondence to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support administrative functions such as bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software, maintaining organization of office supplies and records.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette while supporting team members with personal assistant tasks or office management duties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, office management, or administrative roles; dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry skills (Note: potential for using other sofware specific to label and flexible packaging printing. Training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and basic bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with strong phone etiquette and email communication skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
