Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Rep to join our Miami team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in guests and members efficiently and accurately
- Handle member inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure member satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of customer service practices and procedures

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest relations role preferred
