Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where your passion for helping others will shine! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. You’ll engage with clients through various channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you’ll do

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and promote services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports and analyze customer feedback trends.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling high-volume calls in a call center environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous call center experience with a focus on sales or customer support.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and analysis skills for effective problem-solving.
  • Typing skills that enable efficient data entry and documentation.
