Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our company's customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve complaints, provide information, and maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide information about products/services and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution by collaborating with other departments if necessary.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately document all interactions and transactions with customers using our CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products/services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant teams to enhance products/services and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Administration: Filing of customer information and orders, as well as restocking of small equipment such as remotes and keypads.
  • Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
