A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle incoming calls in a fast-paced, remote environment—helping customers, answering questions, and making a real impact.
You’ll:
- Put customers first and build trust
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Stay calm and empathetic under pressure
- Be reliable and meet performance goals
- Support payment needs and follow procedures
- Keep records accurate and respond to emails daily
- Pitch in when needed and stay flexible
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call-center/dispatcher setting
- Must live within 50 miles of Medina, NY
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in a virtual desktop environment
- Distraction-free remote workspace
- High school diploma or GED

- Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera OR schedule an in-person interview
