Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing an exceptional customer experience across multiple communication channels. If you have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping people, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfactION.
