We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our medical clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and front-desk support in a professional healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and assist patients
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
• Support front desk operations
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude

Requirements:

• Own valid UAE visa required
• Females only
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to handle patients politely and professionally

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
