Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team! Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Utilize computer skills to perform data entry, update customer records, and manage office documentation using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing concerns efficiently, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using accounting software to track transactions and maintain financial records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry tools.
  • Prior customer service experience demonstrating effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail through typing accuracy and proofreading skills.
