Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Duties

  • Greet customers at the front desk with warmth and professionalism, providing outstanding customer service
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer software
  • Maintain organized filing systems, process paperwork, and ensure all records are up-to-date and error-free
  • Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and office management duties to support daily operations
  • Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative tasks
  • Support office functions including bookkeeping, filing, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles with strong office management skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus but not required
  • Previous office experience including clerical work, medical or dental receptionist duties, or personal assistant roles is advantageous
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with proofreading abilities and high accuracy in data entry
  • Experience with AI or ChatGPT

This is a full time in person role

Pay: $24.46 - $29.46 per hour
