Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries
• Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-up visits
• Provide customers with updates regarding services and scheduling
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Assist with resolving customer concerns in a professional manner
• Coordinate communication between office staff and project teams
• Support general administrative and office tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer skills, including email and scheduling software
