About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based position responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support Minimum 1 Year
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented
