Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and interactions in the system.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on bids and inquiries.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with call center operations and phone etiquette.
  • Sales experience is beneficial for upselling products or services but not required.
  • Excellent typing skills for effective communication and documentation.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
