BZO WheelTire Distributor is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
This position is responsible for processing customer orders and providing customers with the information needed to best understand our products and services.
Receive and accurately process customer orders via phone, website, email, and EDI systems
Process internal orders for specialty and house accounts
Maintain customer-specific order processing procedures
Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product availability, pricing, and services
Contact customers daily to confirm order details and specifications
Research and resolve shipping, pricing, delivery, and invoice discrepancies
Review and manage customer backorders
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally
Support the outside sales team with administrative tasks
Coordinate with transportation/logistics departments for shipping quotes
Process National Account and end-user billing transactions
Perform additional duties as assigned
2–3 years of customer service and/or call center experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volume
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
