Customer Service Representative – Service Department

Raystown Ford is looking for a dependable and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Service Department team. In this role, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience by assisting with scheduling, customer communication, and day-to-day administrative support within the service department.

We are seeking someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with both customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner

• Answer incoming calls and assist with service-related questions

• Schedule and confirm service appointments

• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status updates

• Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction

• Coordinate with service manger and technicians to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in dealership systems

• Assist with cashiering, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed

• Help maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Automotive dealership or service department experience is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

• Comfortable working with computers, phone systems, and scheduling software

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
