We are hiring a confident and customer-focused Female Customer Support Representative for a full-time, office-based position. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping customers, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain customer records and follow up on issues
• Assist with orders, returns, and customer support tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolutions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Professional, punctual, and customer-oriented attitude
