As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first impression of our customers’ experience. You’ll help schedule service calls, communicate with customers, support our field team, make outbound calls to customers, and deliver the kind of service that sets Torch apart from the rest.

Duties
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments and learning more about our plumbing, heating, and cooling services.
- Make outbound calls to current and potential customers regarding memberships, maintenance programs, and special promotions.
- Support existing customers with appointment updates, scheduling adjustments, and general service-related questions.
- Work closely with our office and field teams to provide clear communication and a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
- Accurately document customer communication, appointment details, and account information within our CRM system.
- Represent Torch Service Company with professionalism, honesty, personal responsibility, and a customer-first attitude in every interaction.
Skills
- Strong phone communication skills with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Experience with phone sales, customer service, and customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
- Strong typing, data entry, and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage scheduling, calendars, customer records, and other general office responsibilities
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with office staff and field technicians
- Dependable, positive, and professional under pressure
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or office support preferred
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
