  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Support office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments using various tools to ensure efficient time utilization.
  • Provide excellent customer support through clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as copying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies to keep operations running smoothly.

Skills

  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus!
  • Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures to manage incoming inquiries efficiently.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks like data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management with precision.
