Summary:

We are lookitomer-obsessed and energetic Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve queries, navigate our services, and ensure they have an outstanding experience with our brand.If you are a great listener, a quick problem solver, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and guide customers.

Data Entry: Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions into our CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate with relevant experience.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or a retail environment.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
