We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our flower and gifts shop team. The role involves handling customer orders, coordinating with the team, and ensuring all orders are completed accurately and delivered on time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle customer orders through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Enter orders accurately into the system.
- Follow up on orders and ensure they are prepared correctly and on time.
- Coordinate with staff and monitor order progress.
- Follow up on payments and invoices.
- Communicate with customers regarding their order status.
- Take full responsibility for orders from the moment they are received until delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized and able to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
