Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Utilize computer skills to perform data entry, update customer records, and manage files using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, calendar management, and organizing meetings or appointments
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive communication etiquette
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and supporting bookkeeping activities
  • Maintain organization of documents and records through accurate filing systems and data entry processes

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles; dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy; strong phone etiquette essential
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Experience with calendar management, data entry, proofreading, filing, and general clerical duties
  • Personal assistant or office management experience preferred; familiarity with medical or dental reception is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
