We are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative to provide customer support operations for the sales team. Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Account Management

Process and manage customer account payments

Collections & Follow-Up

Follow up with customers to resolve outstanding account issues promptly and professionally

Administrative Duties
