Salary Range: $41,600-$47,840 per year (paid as salary)

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who's eager to learn, dependable, and ready to grow. As long as you hold your P&C license, we'll teach you everything else.
• Is this a sales job? Will I be cold-calling or selling? No. This is a client service role — your focus is taking great care of our existing clients, not chasing new sales. That said, if you ever want to move toward sales down the road, we'll support that growth.

Responsibilities A Day in the Life of a Client Service Representative:

• Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle
• Speak with clients and assist them with questions and issues
• Help clients with billing and payments
• Review coverages and make sure clients are properly protected
• Close out service alerts and keep accounts up to date
• Onboard new clients and set them up for a great experience
• Collaborate with our team of professionals to deliver exceptional service
• Enjoy free lunch when the team does well
