- Utilize computer skills to perform data entry, update customer records in QuickBooks and other office management software, and assist with billing or bookkeeping tasks.
- Support office management by organizing files, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records through filing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or in person by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and offering helpful solutions.
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or medical/dental reception needs as required.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing Google Workspace tools, and supporting administrative functions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles; previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is highly valued.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software like QuickBooks.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
