Customer Service Representative

We're looking for driven individuals to grow with our business and brand. This job opening is for our South Tryon location, and would require a flexible schedule and reliable transportation.

• Buddha's Bazaar has been open for a little over 9 years

Primary duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Multi-tasking by assisting and addressing more than one customer at a time
• Maintaining stock
• Recording inventory and tracking customer requests
• Keeping a clean, organized and well merchandised storefront
• Consistently expanding product knowledge (resources will always be provided)
• Standing for long periods of time, and using a ladder to retrieve/stock products

Additional information:

If you have the following experience, you should seriously consider applying! These are not required to apply, but a plus.

• Previous retail experience
• Knowledge of tobacco, botanical and new age products
• You reside in the Charlotte area, specifically near South Tryon

Note: On December 20, 2019, the President signed legislation to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and raise the federal minimum age of sale of tobacco products from 18 to 21 years. It is now illegal for a retailer to sell any tobacco product – including cigarettes, cigars and e-cigarettes – to anyone under 21. FDA will provide additional details on this issue as they become available.
