Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling check-ins, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to support office efficiency
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to process transactions, update records, and generate reports
- Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing documents
- Support clerical functions like filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs more effectively
- Prior office management or administrative experience, including calendar management and data entry
- Knowledge of front desk operations, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records

- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
