Energetic Customer Service Representative with 3+ years of experience resolving complex customer inquiries. Passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, and increasing customer engagement.
Essential Job Functions
· Assists with order ETAs, tracking number information, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, online subscription portal, and other queries that may arise.
· Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or live chat.
· Use work issued device to call customers and verify account information.
· Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
· Assist with placement of orders, cancellations, refunds, edits, or bro point inquiries.
· Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers for orders.
· Answer questions about how our services work, requirements for deliveries, etc.
· Suggest effective solutions when a problem arises.
· Inform customer of deals and promotions.
· Upsell products and services.
· Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
· Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
· Go the extra mile to engage customers.
· Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require by direction of management.
Qualifications
· Proven customer support experience
· Strong phone communication skills and active listening
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
· Experience in a fast-paced culinary environment
· Experience in a high-volume production facility is a plus
· Reliable transportation
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- 2 in office days per week required

Pay: $22.00 per hour
