Job Summary
we are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to support client communication and daily service coordination. In this role, you will assist clients by providing information about digital marketing, SEO, brand-building services, project updates, service requests, and follow-up processes.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Training will be provided on company services, communication standards, and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities Client Communication
- Respond to client and prospective customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, online forms, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, onboarding processes, consultations, project updates, and service requests.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all communications.
Client Support & Follow-Up
- Track client inquiries, service requests, project-related questions, and follow-up tasks.
- Assist clients in understanding next steps related to consultations, project reviews, and service updates.
- Ensure timely responses and follow-up communication.
Administrative Support
- Enter and maintain accurate client records, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, company information, service interests, appointment details, and project notes.
- Update spreadsheets, CRM systems, shared documents, and internal tracking tools.
- Organize and maintain customer records and communication logs.
Marketing Support Communication
- Assist with customer inquiries related to SEO, website audits, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and brand strategy.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to management regarding service quality, campaign performance, and customer experience.
Team Collaboration
- Communicate with management and team members regarding client concerns, unresolved issues, and follow-up requirements.
- Document completed actions, client concerns, and next steps according to company procedures.
- Support internal coordination to ensure excellent client service.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, client support, front desk operations, call handling, retail support, remote support, office administration, marketing support, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, shared documents, online forms, and digital file management.
- Experience assisting customers, answering questions, resolving basic issues, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and data entry.
- Ability to follow written procedures and use approved company information when communicating with clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client and company information.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
