When customers walk in after an accident, they’re already dealing with enough stress. The person at the front desk sets the tone. That means staying organized, communicating clearly, handling pressure professionally, and helping keep the entire repair process moving.
Kaizen Collision Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can help keep a busy Omaha collision repair facility running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced environment with steady work coming through Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Elkhorn, Gretna, and surrounding communities. We're looking for someone dependable, professional, and able to keep things moving without constant supervision.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is one of the most important positions in the shop. You are the first impression customers receive, the communication hub throughout the repair process, and a key part of keeping the front office organized and efficient.
This is a customer-facing role in a busy collision repair environment. You'll work directly with customers, insurance companies, rental partners, technicians, and management to help ensure repairs move smoothly from drop-off to delivery.
