Customer Service Representative

A gym front desk associate is a customer service and administrative role responsible for greeting members, managing check-ins, handling membership inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining the reception area. Key duties also include answering phones, scheduling, and promoting gym services, ensuring a positive and welcoming first impression for all guests and members.

  • Member Interaction: Greet and check in members and guests, answer phone calls, and respond to member inquiries about facilities, classes, and policies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as filing paperwork, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments for memberships, services, and merchandise, ensuring accurate records.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
