Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist customers by phone or email
• Answer questions and provide information about services
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Maintain customer records and update account information
• Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• 1-year of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and problem solving-mindset
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy (mobile apps, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office)
• High school diploma (required)
• Bilingual a plus
