Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative . This position serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in supporting daily office operations.
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and confident in making decisions independently. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors
- Coordinate technician schedules and respond to scheduling changes throughout the day
- Process and maintain paperwork, reports, and electronic records
- Monitor emails and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Enter and update information accurately within company software systems
- Assist with invoicing, work orders, and administrative support tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding scheduling & job status
- Identify problems and make sound decisions quickly while maintaining excellent customer service
- Support daily office operations and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, reception, dispatching, or office administration preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
