• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our data entry systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and documentation as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or client services
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for data entry tasks.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to promote products effectively.
