We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, connecting with people, and thrives in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and general product questions.
• Document customer interactions and track issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the technical and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SaleQuick.com’s products, services, and policies.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences that build loyalty and trust.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain software quickly.
• Problem-solving skills with a calm, empathetic approach to customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
