Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Frosted Frog team! Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist clients with inquiries, schedules, and order requests via phone, email, or in person
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing documents
  • Handle clerical duties including proofreading, document preparation, and managing correspondence
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing concerns promptly and courteously
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to ensure accurate financial records

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is a plus
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and time management capabilities
  • Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and customer support functions
  • Knowledge of office management practices including calendar management and personal assistant tasks is desirable
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
