Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the plastic packaging industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting customers, processing orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and emails professionally
• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Provide order status updates and shipment tracking information
• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Assist with quotes, invoices, and general administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or office administration experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage 100 experience is a plus)
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
