Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately.
- .Manage and keep computerized records in our web based practice management system
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a friendly demeanor with all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes, support administrative projects, and uphold high standards of phone etiquette and organizational skills.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, and general clerical tasks.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles such as front desk or veterinary receptionist recommended and preferred.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette combined with strong proofreading skills for correspondence accuracy. Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
