About the Role

SmartGen Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals with excellent English communication skills and prior experience working in an English-speaking Call Center environment. Candidates must be confident communicating with international customers, handling inquiries professionally, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-focused, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally via phone and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Meet individual and team performance expectations.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments when required.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in an English-speaking Call Center is required.
• Cold Calling experience is mandatory.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle objections and communicate confidently with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: Rs. 80,000+

Salary package will be offered based on experience, communication skills, and overall performance during the interview process.
