Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our remote support team. This is a contract-based position supporting a variety of clients across different industries. Paid training is provided.
We are looking for individuals who are professional, responsible, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with questions, issues, and general inquiries
- Deliver clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times
- Accurately document customer interactions in systems and databases
- Perform data entry, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks
- Follow client-specific guidelines, scripts, and procedures
- Maintain organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while working independently
- Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated work ethic
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
