- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and patience
- Maintain organized files, data entry records, and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and office coordination tasks
- Support office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing supplies
- Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, proofing materials, and supporting administrative projects
- Utilize computer skills to update databases like QuickBooks for bookkeeping or invoicing purposes
- Deliver exceptional customer support by resolving issues promptly and following up as needed
- Contribute to a positive office environment through effective phone etiquette and organizational skills
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping or data entry tasks preferred
