The qualified candidate should be detailed oriented, have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, work in a fast paced environment, and handle multiple office tasks.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving & responding to customer questions via phone & email.
- Enter customer orders into system (SAP Business One)
- Process paperwork for warehouse to pick orders.
- Process customer invoices & returns.
- Applying payment and receiving payments
- Handling past due accounts
- Other duties as assigned by manager
In addition,
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Knowledge of EDI is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive retail a plus (i.e., AutoZone, O’Reilly, Napa, Carquest, Amazon). Also is a plus, but not required. AR & AP knowledge also a plus.
