Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Support customers through phone, email, and in-person communication
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Bahraini nationality
Male candidate
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From BD300.000 per month

Work Location: In person
