Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all inbound customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
• Open customer accounts and suggest appropriate products and services based on their needs.
• Convert opportunities into sold jobs by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
• Process customer orders and service requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 3 years minimum in a customer service role; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Preferred Skills: Background in HVAC, Plumbing, or related fields is a plus
• Requirements: Must pass drug and background screenings
