Schedule
New-Hire Training

Six to eight weeks of paid, on-site classroom training in Swedesboro, NJ

Monday–Friday
-
Includes exposure to pharmacy operations, laboratories, shipping, and warehousing

Training toward becoming a Customer Care Specialist and registered New Jersey Pharmacy Technician
After Training
-
Fully remote- 40 hours/week
Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 11:30AM-8:00PM
-
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
-
Deliver exceptional customer service with kindness, empathy, patience, and professionalism

Navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems

Handle high volume inbound and outbound customer interactions
-
Communicate through phone, email, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions
-
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
-
Coordinate with pharmacy and fulfillment teams
-
Maintain a positive attitude while prioritizing customers and pet patients

Follow company procedures and quality standards
Qualifications

Possess or be able to obtain a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License

Strong high volume customer service and communication skills

Quick learner who adapts well to change

Compassion for animals and their caregivers

Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using computers and navigating the internet

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience

Contact center/call center experience

Pharmacy technician experience

Veterinary technician or animal care experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

College coursework or degree
